       Baltimore County fs.t This is to certify That John Hall of S.r J.r & Walter
       Tolley Gentlemen by & before whom the above acknowledge^ment^ of Elizabeth
       Jackson was taken and by them signed at the Time there mentioned
       to Wit the sixteenth day of this instant October in the Year 1761 and
       long before were and still are two of his Lordships the Right Honble
       the Lord Proprietarys Justices of Baltimore County Court and that to
       all such acknowledgements before them taken and made by them so
       certified as above fully faith and credit is & ought to be Given &c In
                           Testimony whereof the seal of the same county
       Seal             Court is hereto affixt this 17.th day of October Anno 1761

Ex.d On the thirty first day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and sixty Before me William Judman Notary and
       Tabellion Publick dwelling in London duly admitted and sworn and
       Witnesses Personally appeared Osgood Hanbury of London Merchant
       the natural and lawful son of John Hanbury late of the Parish of All
       hallows Barkin London a Widower deceased Who Declared That
       Whereas in and by Letters of Administration under the Seal of the
       Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Canterbury Given at London the
       seventh day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       and fifty eight the said Osgood Hanbury was appointed administrator
       of all and singular the Goods and Chattels and Credits of the said John
       Hanbury deceased the said John Hanbury ^deceased^ (as well ^was^ alledged) dying
       Intestate having whilst living and at the Time of his Death Goods
       Chattels or Credits in diverse Dioceses or Jurisdictions by Reason
       whereof the sole ordering and Granting Administration of all and
       singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased And
       also the auditing allowing and final Discharging the accompt thereof
       were well known to appertain only and wholly to the said
       Prerogative Court of the Archbishop of Can^ter^bury and not to any
       Inferior Judge as by Letters Testimonial bearing date the fourth day of
