(377) Premisses and also the Sum of Five Shillings Sterling to the s.d George Gordon in hand paid by the s.d James Dick the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted Bargained sold Aliened & Confirmed and by these Presents Doth grant bargain Sell Alien and Confirm unto the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or parcel of Land called the Exchange & New Exchange Enlarged lying in Frederick County aforesaid Beginning in the Twentieth line of the s.d Exchange & New Exchange Enlarged Eighty six perches from the beginning of the s.d Line running thence south twenty degrees east one hundred & four perches south sixty Degrees East one hundred & Eighty four Perches south Forty Degrees West Sixty Perches North Eighty Six Degrees West one hundred & sixty perches south fifty Degrees West seventy six perches south thirty eight degrees East Ninety Perches South forty two Degrees West one hundred perches North thirty four Degrees West one hundred perches South forty two degrees West ninety Perches North Eighty three Degrees West forty four perches North fifty two degrees West seventy four Perches South Eighty degrees West fifty six perches south forty six Degrees West One hundred and twenty Perches North Sixty two Degrees West fifty Perches North two degrees West forty four Perches North fifty three degrees East One hundred and Ninety five Perches North Seventy Eight degrees East Sixty perches North thirty three degrees East fifty four perches North ten degrees East One hundred thirty Eight perches south eighty three degrees East two hundred & sixteen perches then with a streight line to the Beginning containing seven hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all the Dwelling Houses out houses fences Orchards Improvements Advantages & appurtenances to the said Tract of Land and Premisses above mentioned belonging or any wise appertaining And also the reversion & reversions Remainder and Remainders and all the Estate right & Title & Interest whatsoever of him the said George Gordon in & to the Tract of Land and Premisses afs.d To have & to hold all and singular the s.d Tract of Land with the Premisses before mentioned and every part & parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper ^use^ and of the s.d James Dick his heirs and assigns for ever And the said George Gordon for him and his Heirs the s.d Tract of Land and every par there^to^of belonging against him & his heirs to the s.d James Dick his heirs and assigns shall & will Warrant & forever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Party to the above Deed hath here^un^to set his Hand & seal Day & Year above Written |
