       the said Parcels of Land called Too good Pitchcroft & Addition to the said Charles
       Carroll his Heirs and Assigns for and During the Life of the said Henry
       Darnall   And the said James Dick and Daniel Carroll do hereby covenant
       & agree for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators the said Lands
       called Addition Pitchcroft & Too good to Warrant and Defend unto the said
       Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns During the Life of the said Henry
       Darnall from and against the said William Black & Daniel Carroll & all
       Persons claiming by from or under them the said William Black and
       Daniel Carroll  In Witness whereof the said James Dick & Daniel Carroll
       have hereunto Set their Hands & Affixed their Seals this fifteenth Day of
       September 1761

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written to wit

       to the within Deed & acknowledged the within Deed according to the Act of
       Assembly in such cases made and Provided

Ex.d This Indenture made the Sixteenth Day of September in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred sixty and one  Between
       Samuel Osburn of Queen Anns County in the Province of Maryland Planter
       of the one Part and Thomas Marsh of the County and Province afd of the other
       Part  Whereas the said Thomas Marsh did at the Provincial ^Court^ held at
       Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September last past upon a Writ of
