       the said Edward Fell bearing Date the Day next before the Day of
       the Date of these Presents for one whole year commencing from the
       Day next before the Day of the Date thereof and by Force of the statute
       for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns  All that
       Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid
       called Long Island Point containing ^#^ One hundred Acres of Land  All
       that Tract or Parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid
       called Copus's Harbour containing One hundred Acres of Land  All
       that Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid
       called Carters Delight containing One hundred Acres of Land  And also
       all that other Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in Baltimore
       County aforesaid called Trinkett Field containing Eighteen Acres of
       Land Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same
       Tracts or parcels of Land or any or either of them belonging or
       appertaining  And the revertion and revertions remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of them or either or any Part
       of either of them and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Edward Fell
       of in to or out of the aforesaid Tracts or Parcells of Land or either or any
       Part of either of them  To have and to hold the said Tracts or Parcels
       of Land and each and every of them and all and Singular the Premisses
       with their and each and every of their rights Members and Appurtenances
       to him the said John Bond his Heirs and Assigns To the Intent and Purpose
       that the said John Bond may be and become perfect Tenant of the Freehold
       and Inheritance of the sid Premisses that a common recovery may be had
       and Suffered against him in such manner as is herein after mentioned
       And for that Purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and Agreed by and
       between all the said Parties to these Presents that before the End of the
       next September Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry
       Sur Disseisin en le Post at the Costs and Charges of him the said Edward
       Fell may be brought and prosecuted against him the said John Bond
       in the Name of him the said Joseph Ensor as Plaintiff or Demandant
       therein of and for the aforesaid Tracts or Parcels of Land and Premisses
