x.d  This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of May ^in the Year^ Seventeen
       hundred and Sixty one   Between Daniel Dulany Esq.r of the City of
       Annapolis Barrister at Law Son and Heir of the Honble Daniel Dulany Esq.r
       deceased of the one Part and Dennis Dulany of Kent County Gentleman third
       son of the said Daniel Dulany deceased on the other Part  Whereas the said
       Daniel Dulany Intended and Designed to convey and make over to the said
       Dennis Dulany in Fee simple the Tract or Parcel of Land herein after mentioned
       but was prevented therefrom by Death whereby the said Tract or parcel
       of Land hath descended to the aforesaid first mentioned Daniel Dulany
       heir at Law of the said Daniel Dulany deceased   Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said first mentioned Daniel Dulany in consideration
       of the Premes and the Sum of five Shillings to him in hand paid hath
       Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth grant bargain and sell unto
       the said Dennis Dulany all his Right Title Interest and Estate to the Tract or
       Parcel of Land lying in Kent County being part of Mitchels Park in the same
       ample manner to all Intents and Purposes as the aforesaid Daniel Dulany deceased
       was intituled thereunto or held the same  And also in the same ample manner
       as the same hath descended to the first mentioned Daniel Dulany deceased
       said to contain Sixteen hundred and fifty Acres of Land Excepting three hundred
       and twenty five Acres and the Exception in Mitchels Deed with all Buildings
       Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto belonging  To have and to hold
       all and singular the Premes aforesaid to him the said Dennis Dulany his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever  In Witness whereof the said Daniel Dulany
       first abovementioned hath hereunto Affixed his Hand and Seal the Day
       and Year above mentioned

                         Jn.o Brice

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t

       On the Day and Year in the within mentioned Deed came before me the
       subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
