       Thomas Norris of Ann Arundel County Planter of the Second Part and Robert Alexander
       of Ann Arundel County aforesaid Gentleman of the third Part  Witnesseth that the
       said Samuel Maccubbin for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Pounds Current
       Money to him in Hand paid by the said Thomas Norris at or before the sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the
       docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and all Revertions and remainders
       thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       herein after mentioned He the said Samuel Maccubbin by and with the Advice and
       Consent of the said Robert Alexander testified by his being a Party to and his Sealing
       and executing these Presents Hath Granted Bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed released
       and confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant bargain Sell alien enfeoff release
       and confirm unto the said Thomas Norris (in his Actual Possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by the said Samuel
       Maccubbin for the consideration of five Shillings Current Money by indenture
       bearing Date the day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents for
       one whole year commencing from the Day next before the day of the Date thereof
       and by Force of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) his Heirs and Assigns
       All that Tract or Parcel of Land called Francis and Robert Scituate lying and being
       in a Swamp called Herring Creek Swamp in Ann Arundel County aforesaid containing
       Three hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less together with all Edifices
       Improvements Woods Under Woods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easments
       Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same or any Part or Parcel thereof belonging or in any wise appurtaining
       and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues
       and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       Samuel Maccubbin of in to or out of the aforesaid Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses
       hereby released or Meant mentioned or intended so to be and of in to or out of every
       Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tract of land and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Norris his
       Heirs and Assigns forever  To the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue hereof
