       said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns untill the aforesaid
       fifth day of November Seventeen hundred and Seventy One In case and Provided the said
       Charles Homewood shall not any time within that Term Intermarry with Miss
       Mary Chew that at any time after Marriage the said Charles Homewood and
       Miss Mary Chew at their Will and Pleasure after the consummation of such
       Marriage Yielding and Paying the aforesaid Consideration Money and Interest
       on this Mortgage  And the aforesaid Two thousand and forty four Pounds and
       eight Pence Sterling mentioned in the Original Mortgage and the aforesaid
       Annual Sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling or such as shall remain then due
       And ^They^ the said Charles Homewood and Miss Mary Chew shall immediately
       enter into all and every the Lands Tenements Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances and all and every part Parcel and Member thereof any thing herein
       contained or any Law Statute Limitation Construction Usage or Custom to the
       contrary in any wise Notwithstanding  But provided such Marriage shall
       not happen in manner and form as aforesaid then the said Henry Woodward
       his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns to hold and enjoy the
       Priviledges limitted him in this Instrument of Writing or intended to
       be limitted him  And the said Charles Homewood his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns his in manner and form as is likewise in this
       Instrument of Writing limitted him  And that the payment of the aforesaid
       sum of Two hundred and Ninety Nine Pounds Sterling the Principal Consideration
       and Legal Interest thereon be made on the aforesaid fifth day of November
       seventeen hundred and Seventy one to him the said Henry Woodward his
       Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns by the said Charles Homewood
       his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns and the aforesaid Two thousand
       and forty four Pounds and Eight pence Sterling at any Time after the Expiration
       of the year Seventeen hundred and Seventy one before at or after the fifth
       day of November Seventeen hundred and and Seventy five  In Witness whereof the
       Parties to these Presents have interchangeably Affixed their Hands and Seals
       the day and year first above written
