       which shall be in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy one But
       the said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall
       and may peaceably and quietly have hold Occupy Possess and enjoy the said
       Mortgaged Premisses untill the said fifth day of November Seventeen hundred and
       seventy one in as full and ample manner as the said Henry Woodward his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns may or might by the said recited indenture
       and the covenants therein contained have hold Occupy Possess and enjoy untill
       the Payment of the Principal Money in the said Mortgage Mentioned anything
       in the said Recited Indenture and the Covenants therein contained to the
       contrary in any wise Notwithstanding  And further that he the said Charles
       Homewood will well and truly pay to him the said Henry Woodward his heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns the said Sum of Two hundred and Ninety
       Nine Pounds and Interest on or before the aforesaid fifth day of November
       Seventeen hundred and Seventy one  And will also pay to him the said
       Henry Woodward his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum
       of Two thousand and forty four Pounds and eight pence the Principal Consideration
       Money of the said Mortgage after the fifth Day of November Seventeen
       hundred and Seventy one that is to say and before at or after the aforesaid
       fifth day of November Seventeen hundred and Seventy five  Provided always
       that in case the aforesaid Charles Homewood shall at any Time hereafter
       before the said fifth Day of November Seventeen hundred and seventy one
       intermarry with Miss Mary Chew of the City of Annapolis a young Lady
       youngest Daughter of Samuel Chew Esquire of Herring Bay deceased and
       Madam Henrietta Maria his Wife which said Samuel Chew Esquire departed
       this life on or about the Month of January in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and thirty six and which aforespecified Madam Henrietta Maria
       afterwards intermarried with Daniel Dulany Esquire Deceased That then the
       said Mortgage and Mortgaged Premisses shall and may be redeemable and
       redeemed by him the Said Charles Homewood his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns on his or their paying and satisfying to him the said
       Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the said sum of
