       yearly and every year be let out at Interest as soon as the same shall become
       due or shall be received and all the said Rents and Interest thereof shall be
       applied for and towards raising a proportion for Thomas Whittenhall Rozer
       the Youngest Son of the Said Henry and Elenor Rozer and all the Money &
       Profits so as aforesaid raised during the ^minority or^ Minoritys afsd shall paid to him
       the said Thomas Whittenhall Rozer but if it should so happen that the sum
       of one thousand Pounds Current Money Should be raised out of the rents
       and Interests afsd before the Said Edward and Henry Rozer shall attain
       their Several Ages of Twenty one years then the rents and Interests afsd that is
       to say Such or so munch of the said ^rents &^ Interests as shall be raised after the sum
       of one thousand pounds be fully made up and compleated shall be Equally
       divided between them the said Edward and Henry and their Eldest Brother
       Notley Rozer In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto
       Set their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above written

                   On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written To wit

       Maryland fs Sept.r 29th 1759  Then Came before me one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court Henry and Elenor Rozer Parties to the within Deed
       and acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed for the uses Intents and purposes
       therein Mentioned and the said Elenor being Examined out of the Presence and
       hearing of her said Husband acknowledged that she freely and Voluntarily executed
       the same and that she was not indused thereto by threats or fear of her said
