(227) Govane he the said Henry Woodward may so fell cut sell and dispose of the Timber Trees and other Woods growing and being upon that part of the said Premisses now held by the said Ann Govane for her Dower as aforesaid (except always and reserving the Timber Trees and Woods growing and being on that part of the said Premisses which is commonly called Hucklebury Alley or the Briery Glade Woods containing by the first resurvey thereof three hundred and thirty three Acres of Land) And that he the said Henry Woodward should and Might so hold Possess Occupy and enjoy the said Land and Premisses thereby Bargained and Sold or me^a^nt Mentioned or Intended so to be untill the aforesaid sum of Two thousand and forty four Pounds and Eight pence Sterling should be actually paid and Satisfied and ^to^ him the said Henry Woodward his Executors Administrators or Assigns according to the Condition or Proviso for Payment aforesaid he the said Henry Woodward discounting and allowing the interest of the aforesaid Sum of Two thousand and forty four pounds and Eight pence sterling for the Use and Occupation of the said Lands and Premisses thereby Bargained ^and^ sold or meant Mentioned or intended so to be and such Timber and Wood growing on the said Premisses as he the said Henry Woodward should or might sell or dispose of and the said Henry Woodward for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns did thereby Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Charles Homewood his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form following that is to say That he said Henry Woodward his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns should and would accept of the Use and Occupation of the said Lands and Premisses thereby Bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned or intended so to be and of the Liberty of Cutting felling and Selling Timber and Wood for and in Lieu of Interest on the said sum of Two thousand and forty four Pounds and Eight pence Sterling for such Time as he and they should continue the possession and occupation thereof as aforesaid And by the said recited Deed and Covets therein contained the said Henry Woodward his Heirs and Assigns in lieu of and for the interest and for the ^said^ Principal sum of two thousand and forty four pounds and Eight pence Sterling is to lease hold occupy Possess and enjoy the said Mortgaged Premisses and to have full liberty of felling selling or in any manner disposing of the Timber Trees and other Woods growing on the said Lands untill Payment of the said Principle Consideration Money as by the said Indenture of (Mortgage) |
