(222) Tree of Larkins's Addition by the River then to the first bounded oak containing and now laid out for three hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less together with the Premisses and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining Also forty five Acres of Land called Addition to the United Friendship with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land lying in Baltimore County aforesaid called Norwoods Birmingham containing one hundred Acres more or less with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Also all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Addition to Forbearance containing fifty four Acres of Land more or less with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging Also all that part of a Tract of Land called Batchelors Fare containing one hundred and twenty Acres of Land more or less with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging all which aforesaid Lands lyes in Baltimore County afores.d together with all the Right Title Interest use trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Edward Norwood of in and to the same Several Tracts or Parcels of Land and every part and parcel of them with their each and every of their appurtenances To Have and to Hold the aforesaid Several Tracts or parcels of Land with their each and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Brice his Heirs and Assigns and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Edward Norwood for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby Covenants and Agrees to and with the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Edward Norwood and his heirs the aforesaid Several Tracts or Parcels of Land with their each and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns against all manner of Persons whatsoever shall and will forever Warrant and defend by these Presents Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these Presents and the Parties to the same that in case the said Edward Norwood his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the aforesaid John Brice his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of one hundred and (Ninety) |
