       Pailing and Inclosure thereof at his and their expence) Together with all Edifices
       Improvements Woods underwoods Timber Trees Waters Water Courses Easements
       Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the said Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained
       and Sold Land and Premisses and to every or either of them and to every
       or any part or Parcel of them or any or either of them belonging or in any
       wise Appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel
       thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use trust property Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Charles Homewood of in to or out
       of the Said Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be
       Bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses and of in to or out of every part
       and parcel of them and every or either of them with their and every of
       their Rights Members and Appurtenances  To have and to hold
       the Said Lands and and Premisses hereby bargained and Sold or meant
       mentioned or intended so to be unto him the Said Henry Woodward his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Henry
       Woodward his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent
       or purpose whatsoever Provided always and it is the true Intent and
       Meaning of these Presents that if the said Charles Homewood or such
       Wife as he Shall hereafter Marry or his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       or Trustees for such Heirs or any of them do and shall well and truly
       satisfy content and pay or cause to be paid unto the said Henry
       Woodward his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid
       sum of Two thousand and forty four pounds and eight pence Sterling before
       at or after the fifth day of November Seventeen hundred and Seventy five
       then this Bargain and Sale and the conveyance hereby made shall cease
       Determine and be Null and utterly void any thing herein contained to the
       contrary thereof Notwithstanding And the said Charles Homewood doth
       hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant
       Promise and Agree to and with the said Henry Woodward his Executors
