       exonerate and discharge the said John Brice his Executors and Administrators
       He the said Joseph Ensor hath given granted bargained sold
       aliened set over transfer and confirm and by these presents Doth give
       grant bargain Sell Alien Set over transfer and confirm unto him the
       said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all that his undivided one Eighth
       part or Portion of Certain Lands and Tenements lying in Cecil County
       aforesaid and which is contained in the Several Tracts or Parcels of Land called
       or known by the Names of Warmust Coasters Harbour Wheelers Warren
       Hyde Park Locust Neck the Rounds and Pasture point containing by
       Estimation two hundred Acres of Land More or Less which he the said Joseph
       Ensor bought of a certain Beale Bordley as by Deed Indented bearing
       date on or about the Second day of March One thousand Seven
       hundred and fifty Nine acknowledged and recorded in the Land Records
       of Cecil County aforesaid in Libro M B pages 481 & 482 appears Also
       all that Tract or parcel of Land called East Humphreys lying and
       being in Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid on the North side
       of a River called Patapsco River and on the west Side of a Creek called Clapers
       Creek containing three hundred Acres of Land More or less which he the
       said Joseph Ensor bought of one Samuel Smith of Baltimore County and
       Elizabeth his Wife as by Deed indented duly acknowledged and Recorded
       in the Provincial Record in Libro B T N.o 1 fol.s 312 313 & 314 and
       bearing date on or about the 25th day of September 1758 appears
       together with all the Right Title Estate interest and property of him the said
       Joseph Ensor of in and to all that undivided Moiety or half part of
       Bohemia Manor which he now holds or hath or may have a right to hold
       and enjoy in and by Right of his Wife or of in or to the same by any
       other ways or Means whatsoever and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the aforesaid several Tracts of
       Land or any of them and all the Estate Right TItle and Interest whatsoever
       of in and to the same or any part or parcel of them or any of them  To
       have and to Hold the aforesaid Several Tracts or parcels of Land and
