(13) ensuing and fully to be compleated and ended Yielding and paying therefore to the said William Galaspey or his Assigns the Yearly Rent of one Pepper Corn at the Feast of Saint Michael the Arch Angel only if the same be demanded to the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession the said James Tilghman may be in Actual Possession of the Premisses and be enabled to accept a Grant of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs In Witness whereof the Party's to these Presents have Interchangeably put their Hand and Seals the day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered W.m Galaspey (seal) In Presence of J Bordley Jun Charles Wallace Recorded 13.th Sep.r 1759 x.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Second day of August Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and fifty Nine Between William Galaspey of Queen Ann's County Mariner of the first Part James Tilghman of Talbot County Attorney at Law of the Second Part and William Hopper of Queen Ann's County Gentleman of the third Part Witnesseth that the said William Galaspey for the Docking Barring and Cutting off all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail of and in the Messuage Tenement Lands Hereditaments herein after mentioned and for the settling and assuring of the same to and for the Uses Intents and purposes herein after limitted expressed and declared and in consideration of Five Shillings to him in hand paid by the said James Tilghman the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for divers other good causes and considerations him the said William Galaspey in this Behalf Moving hath granted Bargained and Sold released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these Presents doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto the said James Tilghman (in his actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for one whole year by Indenture bearing Date the day before the date hereof) and to his Heirs and Assigns for (Ever) |
