               Gaol sua pd de prison inea existen deliband Assequ
       Whereas at the least Generall Goale Delivery held for this county
       of hertfr the one & twentieth day of July last James Miller &
       William Robinson were severally convicted of severall
       Larcenys for which they were liable to burning in the hand
       & instead of being so punished were then ordered by the court
       persuant to the late act of parliam.t for further preventing
       Robery &c & more effectuall transportacon of felons &c to be
       transeported to some of his Maj.tys Colonies & Plantacons in
       America for the space of seven Years & Whereas his Majestys
       hath been pleased to extend his royall mercey signefied by the     
       Right Honourable John Craggs Esq.r one of his Maj.tys principall
       Secritaries of State) to Nathanel Dickerson who is attained of
       feloney for w.ch he is excluded the benifit of clergy upon
       condicons of transportation to some of his Majesties Colonies
       & plantacons in a Merica It is thereupon ordered by this
       court that the said Nathaniel Dickerson be transported
       accordingly as soon as conveniently may be for the space
       of fourteen years persuant to the said act & be for the space
       Simon Michel Esq.r Lanc.tt Baugh & Richard Hutton or any
       two of them are appointed by these court to contract for the
       Transportacon of the sev.ll psons aforesaid with any person willing
       to undertake the same & Jonathan Forward of London Merchant
       haveing contracted & agreed w.th the said Simon Michell
       & Lanc.tt Baugh & Given Security to the satisfaccon of this
       court effectually to performe such Transportacon It is
       thereupon further ordered by this court that the said
       James Miller W.m Robinson & Nathaniel Dickerson
