       sev.ll Larcenys for w.ch they are liable to Whipping
       or Burning in the hand & instead of being so punished  
       are ordered by this court persuant to the late act
       of parlement for further preventing Robbery &c and
       More Effectuall Transportacon of Felons &c to be transeported
       to some of his Majesties Colonies & plantations
       in America for the space of seven years & it is
       thereupon further ordered that the above menconed
       be transported accordingly as soon as conveniently may
       be for the said space of seven years & they are
       hereby severally conveyed & Made Over to & to the use
