546 On the Back of the aforegoing Deed is thus endorst Viz.t Oct.r 26.th 1723 Reced then of the within named Saladine Eagle the Sum of three thousand Pounds of Tobacco and forty shill Silver Cash being the Consideration Money within Mentioned As Witness my hand & Seal Patrick Dunkison (Seal) Teste Sam.l Young October the 26.th 1723 Mem.d on the Day of the Date of the w.thin written came before me Samuel Young Cheif Judge of his L.dships Prov.l Court of Maryland the within Named Patrick Dunkinson and acknowledged the within instrument to be his Act and Deed And the land and Premises within mentioned to be the right of the within Named Saladine Eagle his heirs & assigns for ever according to act of assembly in that case made & Provided Sam.l Young The Said acknowledgment being taken & Made according to the Directions of the act of assembly in that case made & Provided before me the Day & Year above written Recorded March 18.th 1723 |
