       Maryland The County of Dorchester
                Receved of M.r Henry Hill full satisfacktion for
       the within Land calld Piny Point as witness my hand
       This Twenty fifth day ^of Aprill^ 1723
                                                            Peter Taylor

                            Provinciall Court Sep.tr the 14.th 1723
       Then Came the within Menconed Peter Taylor and
       acknowledged the within deed and the Laid & premisses therein
       containd to be the right and Eastate of the within named
       Henry Hill his heires & assignes for ever according to the
       True intent & Meaning of the within deed & the act of
       assembly in that case made & provided
