       Recoverys with single or Double Voucher or Vouchers Releace
       or Confirmation or by all and every or any the Ways or Means
       Afforesaid or by any other Ways or Means whasoever as by the
       said Henry Batman his heirs executors administrators or
       assignes or by his or their Councell Learned in the Laws shall
       be Reasonable Devised Advised or Required And Lasty it is
       Covenanted Granted Concluded Condescended unto and fully
       agreed upon by and between Parties to these Presents for
       them their Heirs and Assignes by these presents that
       all Fines Feofments Recoveries and Assureances in the
       Law Whatsoever had made Levered Knowledged suffered
       or done or hereafter to be had made knowledged suffered levred or don by or
       Between the said Parties to these Presents or any of them for
       Touching or Concerning the said Messuage or Tenement and
       all and singular other the before hereby Granted Premises
       with their Rights Members and Appurtenances and every or
       any Part thereof shall be and endure and shall be constured
       esteemed adjudged and taken to be and endure to the only
       Proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry Batman his
       Heirs Executor and Administrators for ever and to non other
       Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever In Wittness Whereof
       I have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and year
       first Above Written                           Otho Holland
