       Maryland only exceapted and foreprized and further
       the said Otho Holland for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators doth by these presents Oblidge
       himself that he the said Otho Holland his Heirs and
       Assignes and all and every other Persons and Persons and
       and their Heirs Lawfully Having or Claiming or
       Rightfully pretending to have and Estate Right
       Title Interest or Demand into or out of the premisses
       or any part or Parcell of them by from or under the
       said Otho Holland his Heirs and Assignes shall
       and will from time to time and at all times for and
       duering the space of seaven years next ensuing
       the date of these Presents at and upon the Reasonable
       Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said
       Henry Bateman his Heirs and Assigns make do
       Perform Acknowledge Levy Execute and suffer or cause
       to be maid done performed knowledged Levred executed
       and suffered all and every such further Lawfull and
       Resonable act and acts Thing and Things Device and
       Devices Assureance and Assureances and Conveyance
       in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more
       perfect assureance surety and suremaking and conveying
       of all singular the before hereby Granted or mentioned
       to be Granted Premisses with their and every of their Right
       Members and Appurtenances unto the said Henry Beatman
       his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns but by Fine
       or fines Feofment or Feofments Deed Deeds enrolled or not
