494) Provided allways & it is the true Intent & Meaning of these presents that if the said Jn.o Petticoat his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs shall well and truly pay or cause to be p.d to the said Tho.s Worthington his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs the full & just sum of sixty four p.ds sterl Money of Great Brittain with Lawfull Interest thereon at the house of the said Thom.s his heirs ex.rs or ad.rs at four sev.ll paym.ts the first paym.t w.ch is for fifteen p.ds sterl afd w.th Lawfull Interest thereon to be made on the first Day of May Next Ensueing at the house aforesaid the second Paym.t w.ch is for fifteen p.ds sterl afd w.th Lawfull Interest thereon to be made on the first day of May in the year seventeen hundred twenty & five at the house afd the third paym.t which is for fifteen p.ds ster afd w.th Lawfull Interest thereon to be made on the first Day of May in the year seventeen hundred twenty & six at the house afd and the fourth and Last paym.t w.ch is for nineteen pounds sterl afd w.th Lawfull Interest thereon to be made y.e first day of May seventeen hundred twenty & seven at the house afd and shall alsoe well and truly pay all Charges Drawing Recording & all other Charges occasioned by this Deed unto him the said Tho.s his heirs ex.rs or adm.rs at the same time and place of the Last paym.t being to be made that then this Deed & the Estate therein made that then this Deed & the Estate ther^ein^ made to cease (Determine) |
