       be branded with (I P) one Mair colt to be branded w.th (I P) w.th
       the increase of the said Mares unto him the s.d Tho.s Worthington
       his heirs & assignes forever to the sole proper use & behoofe
       of him the said Tho.s Worthington his heirs and assignes forever
       and to none other use intent and purpose w.tsoever and the
       said Jn.o Pettycoat for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs & every
       of them Doth further covenant promise grant & agree to
       and with the said Tho.s Worthington his heirs and assignes
       that he the said Jn.o Pettycoat his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs
       shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter
       Warr.t and forever Defend to the said Tho.s Worthington
       his heirs and assignes for ever all them the above menconed
       two tracts and parcells of Land & pmisses w.th the appurtenances
       as alsoe the af.d five cows one cow & calf three yearlings two
       bulls three Mares three colts and the increase of the said
       Mairs as well from and ag.t him the said Jn.o Petticoate
       his heirs and assignes for ever as ag.t all and all Manner of
       psons w.tsoever claiming or to claim any ^right^ Title Estate Interest
       or property And of or in the same by from or under him
       them or any pson whatsoever and that the s.d Jn.o Petticoate
       shall and will at any time hereafter Dureing the space
       of seven years at the Request & Charge of the Law
       of him the said Tho.s Doe make execute any further or
       other Deed or Deeds as the Council Learned in the Law of
       the said Tho.s shall advise or Devise for the sure & more
       firm Makeing the above said Land & premisses w.th their appurts
       over to the said Thom.s his heirs and assignes forever
