416) for himself & his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and Every of them Doth further Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and w.th the Said Thomas Worthington his Heirs and Assigns That he the said Henry Ridgley and his Heirs shall and will from time to Time and at all times hereafter Warrant and for ever Defend to the said Thomas Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Above Mentioned Tract or Pcell of Land and premises with the Appurts as well from and against ^him^ the s.d Henry Ridgley his Heirs and Assigns for ever as against all and all manner of persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right Title Interest Estate or Property out of or in the same by from or under him them or any psons whatsoever and that the said Henry Ridgley shall and will at any time hereafter at the Request and Charges of the Law of the s.d Thomas Worthington Do make Execute any further or other Deed or Deeds as the Councell Learned in the Law of the said Thomas shall Advise or Devise for the Sure and more firm making the Abovesaid Lands and premises with their appurts over to the said Thomas his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Wittness whereof the parties to these psents have hereunto put interchangeably their hands & affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above written Henry Ridgley (Seal) On the Back of which Deed was thus endorsd Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Psence of us Vachel Denton Geo Read Memdum |
