383 acres and all houses Timber Trees Woods Underwoods Fruite Trees proffitts commodities and appurtenance to y.e said premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said W.m Lock his heirs & assignes for ever and to the only proper use and behoof of y.e s.d W.m Lock his heirs and assignes for evermore & the said Jn.o Standforth for him self his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs doth by these presents covenant grant and agree to and w.th the said W.m Lock his heirs and assignes y.e he the said John Standforth now is and Lawfully standeth seized of in & to all & every part of the hereby Granted Lands and premisses and that the said W.m Lock his heirs & assignes shall & May for ever hereafter have hold occupie use possess & enjoy the said hereby granted Lands & premisses free & clear freely & clearly acquitted Exonerated & Discharged or well & suff.tly saved Kept Harmless and Indemnifyed of & from all former and other bargains & sales Gifts and grants Leases Mortgages & other Estates titles & Troubles Debts Charges & Incumbrances w.tsoever (the Rents in time to come due to the Lord Propry only excepted) had made committed or Done or to be had made committed or Done by the said John Standforth (or) |
