377 The Following is Recorded at the Request of M.r John Moale This Note shall oblidge me John Lux to Deliver to M.r John Moale my Charter party being paid in full for the Transportation of thirty two convicts after y.e rate of Fifty shillings p head p me John Lux Annapolis June y.e 14.th 1722 Memdum sterl money of great Brittain according to the said Charter party Wittness my hand Robert Jubb Cash p.d V D 1.s The Following is Recorded at the Request of M.r John Moale Annapolis in Maryland July 16.th 1722 Reced of John Moale the full and just sum of fifty pounds Current in full payment for the damages I recovered against him at Law concerning my shallop which was burnt accidentally in Patapsco River in Maryland as also the full and just sum of four pounds five shill current which was for a fortnights time of said Sloop & my servant man at Eight pounds Ten Shill p Month as also the full and Sum of |
