376 Determine and be utterly void and of no effect Otherwise to be & remain in full force and vertue In Wittness whereof the pties to these psents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixt their seals the day and year first above written his Signed Sealed and Delivered John I F Frizel in the psence of us mark Tho Worthington Sam.l Young Memdum That on the 3.d Day of July Anno Dni Seventeen Hundred Twenty and Two Came before me Sam.ll Young Cheif Justice of the provinciall court of Maryland the within named John Frizell who acknowledges the w.thin instrument as his Act and Deed And the Lands and premises therein menconed to be the right of the w.thin named Sarah Brice her Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the w.thin Deed and Act of Assembly in that case made and provided Likewise at the same time Elizabeth the wife of the said John Frizell who being privately examined out of the hearing of her said Frizell Husband freely & Voluntarily released her right of Dower to the w.thin Land and premises to the said Sarah Brice her Heirs and Assigns for ever w.thout the compulsion fear or Threats of her said Husband according to the directions of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided Taken and Acknowledged before me the Day and Year above written Sam.ll Young |
