(374 her Heirs Executors and Adm.rs for ever by these Psents Hath given granted aliened bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmd And by these Psents Doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Give grant bargain sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Sarah Brice her Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcell of Land whereon the said John Frizell now resides And hath his dwelling Plantation the same being part of a Tract or parcell of Land called (Knavery Discovered) Lying in Baltemore County in the head Brances of Curtices Creek and was granted to the said John Frizell for four hundred Acres of Land as by his Lordships Grant bearing Date the first Day of November Seventeen Hundred and one Reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear The af.d Tract or Pcell of Land hereby granted or intended to be hereby granted (is that part which next adjoynes to the Land whereof W.m Frizell Now Lives) Does Contain One Hundred and Fifty Acres of Land Together with all and singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Pastures Orchards Cornfields Fences Trees Woods Waters Conveniencies and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any ways Appurtaining or w.th the same held used occupied or enjoyed or accepted reputed or Taken as part pcell or Member thereof And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof And also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Possession Claim and Demand w.tsoever of him the said John Frizell of in and to the said One Hundred and Fifty Acres of Land next adjoyning to the Land of William Frizells the same being the Land whereon the said John Frizell hath his dwelling plantation And is hereby |
