       You must apply your self to M.r James Carroll and to M.r
       Daniel Carroll at Annapolis who will ship I hope in you
       a good Quantity inclosed You have a list of my other
       friends to whom you must apply for freight If freight
       should be scarce and you can't get your Charter Complyed w.th
       to me in time you may give Liberty of Consignment to
       any other pson at the current freight of the countrey or on
       the best terms you can

                                     This Indenture made the second Day
       of July in the year of our Lord God seventeen Hundred Twenty Two
       Between John Frizell of Baltemore County Planter of the one part
       and Sarah Brice of Ann Arundell County Widdow of the other
       part Witnesseth That the said John Frizell for in consideration
       of the sum of Sixty Seven pounds sixteen shill and seven pence
       ster money by the said Sarah Brice to the said John Frizell in
       hand paid the Receipt whereof the said John Frizell Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and parcell thereof
       Doth Clearly Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Sarah Brice
