284 x.d I Henry Smith Notary and Tabellion Publick admitted and Sworn Doe hereby Certyfie & Attest unto all whom it may concern that I have seen and perused certain Letters Pattents of Denization Granted by Our Sovereign Lord King William the third under the broad Seale of England dated the Twenty Ninth of September in the Tenth year of his Majesties Reign whereing Among Others is Inserted the name of Ceasar Ghiselin who tho born beyond Seas is made his Majesties Liege Subject and to be held Reputed and Taken as Subject Born in this Kingdom of England and may as such Purchase B^u^ye Sell and Dispose of Lands Tenements and Heriditaments in this Kingdom or any Other of his Majesties Dommions as freely peaceably and Entirely as any Subject Born in this Kingdom; and that the said Cesar Ghiselin by vertue of the said Letters Pattents is to Enjoy all Liberties Priviledges and Franchises of subject borne in this Kingdom w.thout any Disturbance Impediment or Molestation as alsoe permitting the persons in the said Pattent Mentioned to be (Marriners) |
