       being two of his Lordships Justices of y.e Provinciall
       Court for this province of Maryland the above named
       Tho.s Revett & made oath upon the holy Evangelist
       that he did see the above ^& w.thin^ menconed Named John
       Hyde of London merch.t signe seale and Deliver
       the w.thin Deed of sale and the above Lett.r of
       att.rny to Rich.d Bennett Esq.r and James Loyd &
       the above Receit as his Act and Deed and that he
       did likewise so Walter Hoxton and Johnes Exton
       subscribe as Evidence there to but can not positively
       Remember whether he saw the Other Evidence
       subscribe or not Wittness our hand the day and year
       above Written
