                                           Then Reced of Caleb Dorsey one
       Hundred and sixty ^six^ pounds curr.t money and forty four
       pounds sterling being the full consideration money
       within menconed to be paid by him to me I say
          Received   p   me      Andrew Norwood
    Wittnesses   Cha Worthington   John George   Tho Gough

           Memorandum      that this day (to witt) the Eighth
       day of May Anno Dom 1721 personally appeared
       before me the subscriber Chief Justice of his
       Lordships provinciall court for the province of
       Maryland the within named Andrew Norwood
       Who Acknowledged the w.thin instrument as his
       act and deed and the land and premisses therein
       Menconed to be the Right of the w.thin Named Caleb
       Dorsey his heirs and assignes for ever according to
       the true intent and meaning of the said Deed and
       the act of Assembly in that case made and
       provided         Taken and Acknowledged before me
                         the day and year above written
