       Between Andrew Nord Norwood of Baltemore
       County planter of the one part and Caleb Dorset
       of Annarundell County Gent of the Other
       part   Wittnesseth that Whereas Thomas
       Blackwell of Annarundell County had granted
       him by Pattent bearing date the tenth day of
       November one thousand six hundred Ninety
       five by the R.t Honble Charles then Lord
       Baltemore a certain Tract or Percell of Land
       Called Blackwells Search then lying in
       Annarundell County (but now in Baltemore County)
       at Elk Ridge Begining at a bounded White
       Oak near of A Branch of Potapsco River
       called the Middle Run and Runing south
