       my said attorney sall Doe or cause to be Don in
       about or concerning the Premisses I the said
       Peter Murty Do & shall ratify confirm & allow
       as fully & amply as if I my self were present
       and and the same in myne own person & all
       reasonable charges for my attornys expence

       allow & pay & he may deduct the same out of
