       Esq.r joyntly & severally & the survivor
       of them to be attorneys or attorney for me
       as attorney to the said Peter Murty & for the
       said Peter Murty & in his name & Place or in
       my name or capacity but to and For the Proper
       use behoofe & benefitt of the said Peter Murty
       To use & Take all such courses ways & Remedyes
       Either in Law or Equity as they the said attorneys
       joyntly or severally or the survivour of them
       shall see cause or they or the survivour of
       them Lawfully may might or could Do as Representative
       of the said Peter Murty in Recovering
       or Gitting Possession of all or any Part
       of the Premisses before mentioned or obtaining
       the Rents or Profitts thereof or of any Part
       thereof and all my Power and authority in  
       the Premisses by what means soever Derived
       or come to me I impose and Putt on the said
       Daniell Delaway & Charles Carroll and each
       of them joyntly & seperately & the survivour
       of them to act and Doe in every Thing
       Relateing To The Premisses as I my self
       might or could Doe if in Person by vertue
       or force of the said Rented Letter of
       attorney or otherwise howsoever & all &
       whatsoever the said Daniell Delawney
       & James Carroll or either of them shall
       Lawfully Do or Cause to be Done in or about
       the premisses by vertue hereof I shall and
       will Ratifye confirm & allow Nevertheless
