       But then Resideing in the said Island of
       Theneriffe that the said Peter Murty was &
       is the Legitimate son of the said Stephen
       Murty by Elizabeth Murty Formerly Elizabeth
       Power both Now Deceased as by the said
       Depositions authentickly certifyed as afores.d
       Relation being thereunto Respectively had
       it Doth at Learge More Plainly appear
       and Whereas by the severall Deposicons
       of Catherine Patrick Anne Negle Jane
       Duff & Bartholomew Walsh Taken upon
       oath by a Master Extraordinary of the
       High Court of Chancery in Ireland it Plainly
       appears & is indisputable true that the said
       Peter Murty is the only son & heir of the
       said Stephen Murty who Dyed in Maryland
       Possessed of the Plantations before mentioned
       as by the said Deposicons & the Paper and
       Proofes goeing herewith Relacon being thereunto
       Respectively had it Doth & May more
       at Large appear Now Know Yee that I
       the said Patrick Trahee for Divers good causes
       and considerations we hereunto moveing &
       by vertue of the Power given me by the
       said Rented Power of attorney Have
       nominated constituted & appointed & in my
       Place & stead Putt & Deputed and by these
       Presents Doe Nominate Constitute & appoint
       & in my Place & stead Putt & Depute Dan.ll
       Delawney of Prince Georges County in Maryland
       Esq.r & James Carroll of Ann Arundell County
