       psents by the said Peter Galloway and of all and
       every part thereof doth hereby fully and absolutely
       acquitt exonerat & Discharge the s.d Peter Galloway
       his heirs exec.rs administrators and assignes Hath
       Given Granted bargained sold alienated enfeoffed
       & confirmed and by these presents doth give grant
       bargaine sell enfeoff & confirme unto the s.d Peter
       Galloway his heirs & assignes for ever all that
       the afores.d tract or parcell of Land called Rideby
       according to the ancient metes and bounds said
       to containe Three hundred Acres More or Less
       and all houses edifices gardens orchards
       and other heriditiments what so ever to the
       said Tract of Land appertaineing or in any
       wis belonging with their and ever of ther appurtinances
       and the reversion & [illegible] reversions
       remainder and remainders rents Issues and Proffitts
       thereof w.th their and every of their appurtinances
       and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       Daniel Powell his heirs and assignes & every of
       them out of and into the said Tract of Land And
       pmeses in a Title full and ample as is or ever was
       invested in the said Daniel Powell  To have
       and to hold the said Tract of Land called
       Rideby w.th the premisses to the only proper
       use and behoof of the said Peter Gallaway his
       heirs and assignes for ever Moore To be holden
       of the Chief Lord of the fee according to the Originall
                                                                   (Grant)
