       Port of London in trust for his Majesty
       on the other Part Witnesseth That the
       said Margaret and Joseph Browne for and
       in consideration of the summ of five
       shillings of Lawfull Money of Great
       Brittain to them in hand well and Truly
       paid by the said Henry Fern at and before
       the Ensealing & Delivery of these
       Presents (the Receipt whereof they Do
       hereby acknowledge and themselves to be
       therewith fully Paid and Satisfied) Have
       bargained and sold and by these Presents
       Doe bargain & sell unto the said Henry
       Fern his executors administrators and assigns
       in trust and for the use of his Majesty Two
       full and equall third Parts of all that
       their the said Margarett and Joseph
       Brownes Moyety or half Part (the said
       Moyety or half Part into three Equall
       Parts to be Devided) of all those Lands
       in Cicell County in Maryland called Turkey
       Point containing in the whole one Thousand
       acres (be the same More or Less) heretofore
       purchased by the said Peregrine
       Browne Deceased jointly with Cap.t Thomas
       Robinson Deceased And also two full third
       Parts of all those their the said Marga.t
