       and for the use of her Majestie her heirs & successors
       And Upon the Trust and Confidence Likewise
       that the said Henry Ferne his Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall
       & will from time ^to time^ take possession of all my s.d five
       hundred hoggsheads of Tob.o Debts & Effects Mortgages
       bonds Notes Bills of Exchange bills of Lading Invoyces &
       Other Securities whatsoever for the same upon their
       arrivall in^to^ this Kingdom and all Moneys owing to
       me as afores.d and after payment of her Majesties
       Duties thereon due doe and shall Dispose of the same
       to the best advantage and applye the produce
       thereof towards Discharge of the s.d bonds and the
       Money thereon due to her Majestie as aforesaid
       & I the s.d Perregrine Browne do herby for me
       my heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Covenant & Grant to and
       with the said Henry Ferne his Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       assignes that I the said Peregrine Browne att the
       Sealing and Delivery hereof have in myself good
       right and Title to bargin assigne sell and Deliver
       all the s.d five hundred hoggsheads of tob.o Debts and
       Effects Mortgages bonds Notes bills of Exchange
       bills of Ladeing Invoyces & other securyties w.tsoever
       for the same unto the s.d Henry Fern his Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs and assignes to be sold & disposed of for the
       use of her Majestie her heirs & successors and
       further that I the s.d Peregrine Browne my Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs the s.d Bargained Pmisses to the said
       Henry Ferne his Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes for the use
