       Great Brittain to me in hand paid at and
       before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents by Henry Ferne Esq.r Receiver
       Generall & Cashier of her Maj.tys Customs
       the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
       have Granted bargained sold assignes & sett over
       & by these presents do absolutely Grant bargaine sell assigne & sett over
       unto the s.d Henry Ferne his ex.r adm.r
       assignes in trust and for the use of her Maj.ty
       her heirs and successors All those my
       five hundred hoggsheads of tob.o now in Maryland
       & shortly expected into great Brittain and alsoe
       all and singular those my Debts due from
       Maryland Divers psons in Maryland or Else  
       were in parts beyond the seas herein before
       Menconed together w.th all such Mortgages
       bonds notes bills of Exchange or Other
       securyties for the s.d severall & respective
       Debts which I now have or can come by or
       which hereafter I shall or may obtaine
       for the s.d Debts or Either of them respectively
       and alsoe ^all^ bills of Ladeing Invoyces or Other
       Papers relateing to the s.d five hundred hoggsheads
       of Tob.o or any part or parcell
       thereof To have and to hold the
       s.d five hundred hoggsheads of Tob.o Debts and
       Effects mortgages Bonds Notes Bills of Exch.a
       Bills of Ladeing Invoyces & Other securities for the said
       Severall Debts and Effects or any part or
       percell thereof into the s.d Henry Ferne
       His Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes In trust and for
