       In Faith and Testimony whereof we the
       s.d Lord Mayor and alderman have caused the
       seal of the office of Mayoralty of the said
       City of London to be hereunto put & Affixed &
       the said Deed to be hereunto annexed Dated
       in London the eighth day of Aprill Anno Dom
       1713 and in the Twelfth year of the Reigne of our
       Sovereigne Lady Anne Queen of Great
       Brittain &c.a

       to whome these presents shall Come Peregrine
       Browne of London Merch.t send Greeting
       Whereas I the said Peregrine Browne
       with Others as my surities stands indebted
       to the Queens Majestie in Diverse

       bonds & obligation herein after menconed viz.t
       one bond or obligation baring date the thiertieth
       of Octob.r in the year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred & eight in the penall sum of one
       thousand one hundred & seventeen pounds
       whereon their remains due the sume of four
