119) Means or reason whereof either the said Lord Baltemore or his heirs may be impeached hurt ot Prejudiced in their Royalties Jurisdictions property Right Title ^or^ Interest of and in the the said province or any part thereof Any thing herein Before contained to the Contrary thereof in any Wise Notwithstanding And all persons whatsoever within the said Province of what Quality or Condition soever they be are hereby strictly charged required and commanded to Yield give and pay unto You all respect submission and obedience as they will answer the contrary at their utmost Perill To Hold Execute and Enjoy the said Place or Office of Lieutenant and Chief Governour of the said province of Maryland with all and every the powers and Authorities herein before Granted or Mentioned to be granted unto You as aforesaid during the pleasure of me the said Lord Baltemore You the said Charles Calvert observing and performing such Orders and Instructions from time to time which you shall Receive from me the said Lord Baltemore or from my said Guardian And Lastly We do hereby Revoke Repeal and make Void all former Commissions whatsoever Given to any former Governour or Commander in Cheif of the said province of Maryland Given under the hands and seales of the said Lord Baltemore and the said Lord Guilford in London the first Day of June in the sixth year of the Reign of our sovereign |
