       Patapscoe & on y.e Northwest side of a branch Called Jones branch
       Begining at a bounded Cedar post & a white Oak & a Beetch it being
       the southermost Bounds of a parcell of Land bought of me y.e said Carroll or
       Intended to be bought ^& be^ by Jonathan Hanreson & Runing from y.e said Bounds
       down y.e said branch southwest & by south forty perches then Northwest
       and by West eight perches then north east & by North forty perches then w.th
       a Strait Line to y.e first bounds Containing two acres of Land as afd
       To have & to hold & peaceably be enjoy y.e said parcell of Land w.th y.e appurtenances
       thereunto belonging for ever without y.e Left hinderance
       Molestation of me y.e said Charles Carroll my heirs or assigns or any
       Other person or persons by from or under me ^one^ according to Law as Witness
       my hand & seal this 11.th day of May 1711

       within deed to y.e within named Charles Gorsuch according to an act of
       Assembly in y.t case made & provided & for your so doing this shall
       be Your Warr.t given under my hand & seal this thirteenth day of
       Aprill 1711

       Charles Carroll and the Land and premisses within Menconed
       to the within Named Charles Gorsuch his heires and assignes
       for ever According to Act of Assembly in that Case
