             T Evan Jones Deputy Collector of his Majestyes Customes in the port of Annapolis
       in the province of Maryland do herbly certifie and make known to all
       persons whome it may or doth concern that on the fifth day of this Instant
       June Captain Edwin Tomkyns Commander of the Worcester prigall of london
       burthen 100 Tonns Mounted with 10 Gunns navigated w.th 20 Men hath
       Transported hither from London and Land at the persons whose names are
       as follows The said Cap.t Edwin Tomkins alledgin them to be Convicts
       but has no Order of any Court or Assizes produced
