527 Part of a certaine Tract of Land called Freebornes Prograll Lyeing in Baltemore County containeing six hundred acres which said Land was conveyed by a certain Richard Freeborn to the afd Ch Howard Decd and all and all Manner of Actions and Writts of Dower whatsoever so as neither the said Ortho Holland in Right of the said Mary nor the said Mary in her own Right Nor any Other for them or either of them or in their or either of their name or names any Manner of Dower or Writt or Action of Dower or any manner of Dower Right or Title of dower of or in the afd Tract or Pcell of Land or of or in any part or pcell thereof at any Time hereafter shall or May have or clame or Prosecute against the said Thomas Howard his heirs or assignes but of and from the same shall be Utterly Debarred And for ever exclude by thes Psents In Wittness whereof the said Othe Holland and Mary his wife have hereunto sett their Hands and Fixed their seals this 1.st day June &c Annoq Dom 1719 Sealed and Delivered in the psents of Othe Holland (sea) Joh Beale her Mary ~ Holland Phil Hammond mark M.d That on this day (to witt) the first day of June 1719 came before me the subcriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.ll Court of Maryland the w.thin Named Othe Holland & Mary his wife and acknowledged the w.thin Instrument as their Act and Deed and their right of Dower of the within Land to be the w.thin Named Thomas Howard according to their true intent and meening of the said Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided the said Mary Holland the wife of the said Othe Holland being privately examined out of the Hearing of her said Husband Decleared that she freely made Made the (acknowledged) |
