484 Citty of Annapolis Esq.r of the one ^other^ part Wittnesseth that the said William Ridgely for and in considera of the sume of fifty pounds sterl to him in hand paid by the said Charles Carroll the receipt thereof the said William doth hereby acknowledge and for every part and parcell thereof doth fully exonerate acquitt and Discharge the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assignes for ever Hath given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these p.rsents he doth give grant bargain sell and Aliene Enfeofe and Confirme unto the said Charles Carroll all that tract or pcell of Land being part and pcell of a Tract or parcell of Land called Abbington Begining at the first bound Tree of a parcell of Land called Freemans fancy and running from the sd Tree North twenty one degrees west two hundred twenty and five pers to the line of Fremans fancy then with a streight line to the first bound red oake containing and laid out for two hundred Acres of Land to be the same more or less To have and to hold the sd tract or parcell of Land with all woods Underwoods pasture dwelling house out house Tobacco house fence and all other the appurtenances w.tsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the sd Charles Carroll his heirs and assignes for ever to the only propper use and behoofe of him the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes for ever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said William Ridgely for himselfe and his heires doth hereby |
