       Perfect Legall Pannell   And he doth further humbly offer
       that noe presentm.t hath been made of this fact by any Coron.rs
       Inquest nor Grand Jury of the County nor Province where the said
       offence was committed and where the death happened for which
       he was tryed though the fundamentall Laws and Customes of
       England do require that the indictm.t should be found in y.e proper
       county before any tryall can be had thereupon All which
       Points he humbly prayeth may be admitted to be argued in
       this hon.ble court by the Councill assigned to your supplicant
       by your honnours that your honn.rs may be Gratiously
       Pleased to Lend him and his Councill afd so favourable an
       ear and as that this his extreamost refuge may not prove
       unproffitable to him but that he may live to declare in places
       upright and just proceedings of this hon.ble court and to vindicate
       it from all Columnies wherew.th either Malice or Ignorance

       committed on the body of Christ.o Rousby of Maryland Esq
       which appearance of Co.ll Talbots and the Tender of his Majtys
