       second of England Scotland France Ireland and Virginia defender of
       the faith &c.a and in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred eighty
       and four with force and armes &c.a and ag.t the peace of our Sovereigne Lord
       the king on board his Majestys Ketch the Quaker rideing within the Capes
       of Virginia within his Majestys Dom.ns of America in and upon one
       Christopher Rousby Gent.l in Peace with God and our said Sovereigne Lord
       the King then and there being the afd Xpher Rousby not haveing any weapon
       drawne and the said Christopher Rousby not haveing first taken stricken
       the afd George Talbot feloniously an assault did make and that the
       afd George Talbot with a certaine Dagger made of Iron and Steal of
       the value of one shill which he the said George Talbot in his right hand
       then and there had and held the same afd the s.d Christ.o Rousby then
       and there not haveing any weapon drawne And the said Christ.o
       Rousby then and there not haveing first stricken the afd George
       Talbot feloniously then & there in and upon the right brest the s.d
       Christopher Rousby did stabb and thrust Giveing to him the said
       Christ.o Rousby then and there with the dagger afd in Manner
       afd one deadly wound in and upon the right breast afd of Christ.o
       Rousby afd then & there instantly dyed And so the Jurors afd
       say upon their Oathes that the afd George Talbot the afd Christopher
       Rousby the afd one and thirtyeth day of October in the year afd on
       board the Ketch afd in Manner and forme afd feloniously did kill ag.t
       the Peace of our said Sovereigne Lord the King his Crowne and Dignity
       and ag.t the forme of the statute in such cases made and provided
