       Carroll that he the said Sam.ll shall & will from time to time
       and at all times hereafter warr.t and Defend y.e said pmisses
       from all maner of Incumbrances w.tsoever unto him the s.d Cha.s
       Carroll his heirs & assignes for ever Provided allways & it is
       the true intent & meani^n^g of these psents that if the s.d Sam.ll
       shall at any time before the 10.th day of October w.ch shall be in
       year of our Lord seventeen hundred and Ninteen pay or cause to
       be paid unto the s.d Cha.s Carroll or his heirs y.e aboves.d sume
       w.th Legall Interest for the same that then this deed & clauses
       and covenants therein contained are to be void and of none
       effect otherwise to remaine in full force and Virtue In
       Wittness whereof the s.d Sam.ll hath hereunto sett his hand

       y.e w.thin Deed according to act of Assembly in y.t case made & provided
       Recorded December y.e 10.th 1717

       This Indenture made this third day of December
       Anno Dom seventeen hundred and seventeen Between
       Jn.o Watkins of Ann.ll Co.ty Gentl of the one part and Richard
       Gallaway of the same Co.ty merchant on the other part
       Wittnesseth that the said Jn.o Watkins for and in consideracon
       of the said Rich.d Galloway his Releasing assigning conveying
       or otherwise securing unto him the s.d Jn.o Watkins his heirs &
       assignes a certain pcell of Land containing about thirty three
       acres part of Ewin upon Ewinton as by y.e conveyance thereof
       bearing even date herew.th may more fully appear as also for
