       William Balithoe aged twenty four years or thereabouts one of y.e
       Wittnesses to y.e w.thin Lett.r of att.ry being in open court sworn upon
       y.e holy Evangelist of almighty god upon his oath Declared y.t he was
       p.rsent in his proper pson ^at^ & Bridge town in y.e Island of Barbabos on y.e
       thirteenth day of June last & did see the w.thin named W.m Moore sign
       seal & execute y.e w.thin Lett.r of att.ry by him Directed to M.r James
       Kempt of accomack County in Virginia merch & duly Delivered y.e
       same for uses therein mentioned & att y.e same time did acknowledge
       y.e same as his voluntary act & deed before Jn.o Lenoir Esq.r Sec.ry and
       Notary Publick for y.e said Island who certified y.e same in his
       psence by signing to y.e same & affixing his seal of office thereto &
