       Merch.t of Bideford in the county aforesaid to be
       my true and Lawfull attorney for me and in my
       name and to my use and Behoof to Ask Demand
       take and Receive of and from all and every person
       or persons whatsoever now or heretofore resident
       or nonresident in Virginia and Maryland all
       such Debts or Money as is Due to me in Virginia
       and Maryland aforesaid with all Bonds bills goods
       Wares and Merchandizes whatsoever as are or shall
       be Due owing or belonging to me the said George
       Buck and I Doe Likewise give my said attorney
       full power and authority to prosecute sue arrest
       Implead Imprison and Condemn and out of prison
       to Release and appear before any Justice of peace
       or Minister of the Law and further to Acquit
       Release and Discharge and Compound with any
       person or persons whatsoever as he shall soe cause
       for the whole or any parte thereof and I Likewise
       Give my said attorney full power to constitute and
       appoint One or More attorney or attorneys
       under him Revoking and Makeing void all
       former and other Letters of power or attorney
       whatsoever And I hereby Rattifye and Confirm
       whatsoever my said attorney or his substitutes shall Act
       and Doe in the premisses to all intents and purposes
       as I my selfe might do if I were then and there
       personally present In Wittness whereof I have
       hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty Eighth
       day of Septem.r in the Third year of the Reign of
       our sovereign Lord King George Annoque Domini
